DELIVERIES

We are moving! 🚨All orders placed between 04/07-10/07 will be dispatched on 13/07 🚨

For orders within the UK :

Royal Mail: Orders placed before 1pm (GMT time) will usually arrive to a UK address within 2-3 working days. Some orders may occasionally take longer due to circumstances beyond our control.

If you are based in London and need your swimwear on the same day, please don’t hesitate to contact us (studio@taliacollins.co.uk) and we will help you arrange a collection from our office or a special delivery.

International orders :

All orders outside of the E.U. are sent with DHL Express or Royal Mail, however delays may incur pending on Customs. All E.U. orders placed before 1pm (GMT time) on a working day will be dispatched on the same day (excluding personalised items).

Shipments outside the E.U. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order to avoid facing unexpected import charges.

RETURNS 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 28 days of purchase and receive a full refund (excluding sale).

Returns are not accepted on all sale items (excluding for EU orders). We try our best to accomodate exchanges whenever requested, this is possible for the same style only. Please email us studio@taliacollins.co.uk regarding your exchange and we will try our best to accomodate your request.

For full price items, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 28 business days. Please note, it can take an additional 5-7 working days for the refund to be credited back onto your account once the refund is processed by your bank.

UK RETURNS:

  • A £5 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Always retain proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.
  • We do not offer refunds on personalised goods unless the item is faulty.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns sent back after the 28 day return period.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns sent back without tags, damaged, stained or not in re-sellable condition.

Once your return has been approved, we will be in touch within 72 hours with your returns label.

USA & WORLDWIDE RETURNS:

Please click here to request your USA return.
Once your return has been approved, you may return your order to us with a tracked postal service.(Please allow up to 72 hours for approval).

Invoice: Please clearly write "BRITISH RETURNED GOODS" on the back of your parcel, attach your shipping invoice and state zero value. If this information is not included, customs and duty charges may be applied and deducted from your order.

  • We do not cover any custom and duty fees for returns
  • Please ensure your package is prepaid and insured in case of loss or damage.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns sent back without tags, damaged, stained or not in re-sellable condition
