Please allow an additional 4 working days for orders with personalisation. We do our own monograms in house and dedicate one day a week for this service.
International orders :
All orders outside of the E.U. are sent with DHL Express, however delays may incur pending on Customs. All E.U. orders placed before 1pm (GMT time) on a working day will be dispatched on the same day (excluding personalised items).
Shipments outside the E.U. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order to avoid facing unexpected import charges.
For orders within the UK :
Royal Mail: Orders placed before 1pm (GMT time) will usually arrive to a UK address within 2-3 working days. Some orders may occasionally take longer due to circumstances beyond our control.
If you are in a hurry and need your swimwear on the same day in London, please don’t hesitate to contact us (studio@taliacollins.co.uk) and we will help you arrange a collection or a delivery.
RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund. (excluding items purchased on sale over 50% off).
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note, it can take an additional 5-7 working days for the refund to be credited back onto your account once the refund is processed by your bank.

Returns are FREE for the UK and France and the process is simple. Please Note:
- We do not refund items that have been personalised unless the item is faulty.
- We do not offer exchanges or returns on sale items purchased over 50% off.
- We reserve the right to decline returns sent back after the 14 day return period.
- We reserve the right to decline returns sent back without tags, damaged, stained or not in re-sellable condition.
RETURNS WITHIN FRANCE
Your order will include a free returns label, please attach this to your returns parcel. This can then be dropped off at your local post office. Please inform us by email once you have posted your return (studio@taliacollins.co.uk).
WORLDWIDE RETURNS (excl. UK & FRANCE)
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT COVER SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS COSTS FOR ALL RETURNS MADE OUTSIDE THE UK AND FRANCE.
Send your item/s by dropping it at your local Post Office. Use a tracked service at your local post office so you can see when your parcel has been delivered to us. Include your contact information in the parcel in case we need to contact you regarding your return. Please remember to get proof of postage.
Email us at studio@taliacollins.co.uk with the email subject as follows: 'Order number - RETURN (e.g. 1091 - RETURN)' Please let us know once you have posted your return.
RETURNS FROM THE U.S.A:
Invoice: Please clearly write "BRITISH RETURNED GOODS" on the back of your parcel, attach your shipping invoice and state zero value. If this information is not included, customs and duty charges may be applied and deducted from your order.
Please remember to get proof of postage. Please ensure your package is prepaid and insured in case of loss or damage.
All packages must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery and must be in their original condition including the packaging, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. Once we receive your package back and it is intact following our quality check, we will then issue you a full refund, (please note: no exchanges or refunds on items purchased on sale over 50% off).
