All international orders are sent with DHL express delivery, however delays may incur pending on Customs.
All E.U. orders placed before 1pm (GMT time) will be dispatched on the same business day and arrive with DHL EXPRESS (excluding personalised items).
For orders within the UK
via DHL: Orders placed before 1pm (GMT time) will be sent using a next day delivery service. However, occasionally some orders may take longer due to situations beyond our control.
via Royal Mail: Orders placed before 1pm (GMT time) will arrive to a UK address within 2-3 working days. However, occasionally some orders may take longer due to situations beyond our control.
Please allow an additional 4-5 working days for orders with personalisation.
Shipments outside of the E.U. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and we are not able to supply an estimated cost. We suggest you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Returns are only free of charge within the United Kingdom, and the process is simple.
- We do not refund items that have been personalised unless the item is faulty.
- We do not offer free returns on sale items.

Step 1: Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the email subject as follows:
- Order number - RETURN (e.g. 1091 - RETURN)
In the main email section please explain to us the reason for your return (We would love to be of assistance for future purchases).
Step 2: You will shortly receive an email from email@example.com with your returns form which you should print out and include in your returns package.
Step 3: Send your item/s by dropping it at your local Post Office.

Don’t forget to send your items back in their original packaging, all labels and hygiene protection intact.
Step 3: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund and send you an email confirmation.
Please remember to get proof of postage. Please ensure your package is prepaid and insured in case of loss or damage.
All parcels must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery and must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place.
International customers, only send your items back to us if you are within the 14 day period. Otherwise, we reserve the right to decline your return.
