All international orders are sent with UPS express delivery, however delays may incur pending on Customs.
All E.U orders placed before 1pm (GMT time) will be dispatched on the same business day and arrive with UPS EXPRESS next day delivery.
For UK deliveries with UPS, orders placed before 1pm (GMT time) will arrive to a UK address with next day delivery, however occasionally some orders may take longer due to situations beyond our control.
For FREE UK deliveries with Royal Mail, orders placed before 1pm (GMT time) will arrive to a UK address within 2-3 working days, however occasionally some orders may take longer due to situations beyond our control.
Please allow an additional 4-5 working days for orders with personalisation.
Shipments outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and we are not able to supply an estimated cost. We suggest you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Returns are FREE ONLY within the United Kingdom, and the process is simple.
- we do not refund items that have been personalised unless the item is faulty.
- we do not offer free returns (for UK only) on sale items.
To make a return, simply follow the steps below.
RETURNS WITHIN THE UK
Step 1: Email us at email@example.com with the email subject as follows: your order number - RETURN, and explain the reason for your return (we would love to be of assistance for future purchases!)
Step 2: We will get back to you as soon as possible with a prepaid return label.
Don’t forget to send your items in their original packaging, all labels and hygiene protection intact. Stick your prepaid return label on your box.
Step 3: Send your item/s by dropping it at your local Post Office. Please remember to get proof of postage. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund and send you an email confirmation.
RETURNS OUTSIDE THE UK
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT COVER SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS OUTSIDE THE UK
Step 1: Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the email subject as follows: your order number – RETURN, explaining the reason for your return (we would love to be of assistance for future purchases).
Step 2: Send your item/s by dropping it at your local Post Office, INCLUDING the returns form we will be sending you by email. Don’t forget to send your items back in their original packaging, all labels and hygiene protection intact.
Step 3: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund and send you an email confirmation.

Please remember to get proof of postage. Please ensure your package is prepaid and insured in case of loss or damage.
All parcels must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery and must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place.
International customers, only send your items back to us if you are within the 14 day period. Otherwise, we reserve the right to decline your return.
