Please allow an additional 4 working days for orders with personalisation. We do our own monograms in house and dedicate one day a week for this service.

Please Note:

International orders

All international orders are sent with DHL express delivery, however delays may incur pending on Customs. All E.U. orders placed before 1pm (GMT time) will be dispatched on the same business day (excluding personalised items).

For orders within the UK

via Royal Mail: Orders placed before 1pm (GMT time) will usually arrive to a UK address within 2 working days. Some orders may occasionally take longer due to circumstances beyond our control.

If you are in a hurry and need your swimwear on the same day in London, please don’t hesitate to contact us (studio@taliacollins.co.uk) and we will help you arrange a collection or a delivery.

Shipments outside the E.U. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and we are not able to supply an estimated cost. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order to avoid facing unexpected import charges.

RETURNS 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund (sale items excluded). 

Returns are free within the UK and France and the process is simple.

Please Note:

- We do not refund items that have been personalised unless the item is faulty.

- We do not refund sale items. Exchanges are accepted for the same value of your purchase.

- We reserve the right to decline returns sent back after the 14 day return period.

RETURNS WITHIN THE UK

RETURNS WITHIN FRANCE

Your purchase will include a free returns label to attach to the return parcel. This can then be dropped off at your local post office. Should your parcel not include this free returns label, please contact us at studio@taliacollins.co.uk.

RETURNS OUTSIDE THE UK & FRANCE

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT COVER SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS COSTS FOR RETURNS MADE OUTSIDE THE UK AND FRANCE

Step 1: Email us at studio@taliacollins.co.uk with the email subject as follows: 'Order number - RETURN (e.g. 1091 - RETURN)'

In the main email section please explain to us the reason for your return (we would love to be of assistance for future purchases).

Step 2: You will shortly receive an email from studio@taliacollins.co.uk to confirm that your return request has been received.

Step 3: Send your item/s by dropping it at your local Post Office.

Please remember to get proof of postage. Please ensure your package is prepaid and insured in case of loss or damage.

All packages must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery and must be in their original condition including the packaging, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. Once we receive your package back, we will run a quality check and then issue you a full refund.
