Returns and exchanges

To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below. Please note, we cover the cost of UK & FR returns only.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved. 
  • UK & FRANCE returns are free 

What items are returnable?

Personalised and all sale items are non refundable. All sale items are exchange only (unless sale is final).

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition.
  • Unwashed and unworn.
  • Still have all labels attached.
  • In their original packaging.

Are there any charges for return?

  • No charges for returns from the UK & France.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • US Returns: Please clearly write "BRITISH RETURNED GOODS" on the back of your parcel, attach your shipping invoice and state zero value. If this information is not included, customs and duty charges may be applied and deducted from your order.
  • Rest of the world returns are at your own charge.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Please note, it take 5-7 working days for the refund to be credited back onto your account.
