1. Ordering

What size should I order?

If you have any doubts with sizing, we would recommend you check the size guide page.

Which payment methods does Talia Collins accept?

We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit and credit cards.

How can I track my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If you have not received this, please email info@taliacollins.co.uk.

When will my order arrive?

We try our best to ensure all shipments are sent out on the same day as your order. If your order is personalised, please allow an additional 4-5 days. Delivery time will depend on the country you have ordered from, please see our delivery and returns page for more information.

Can I purchase bikini tops and bottoms separately?

Absolutely! Each Talia Collins piece is created and sold individually so that you can choose your own perfect combination or buy individual pieces.

Do you offer a bespoke orders service for special occasions?

Of course! We will be happy to help with any personalisation queries, bridal parties or a special gift, please email us at info@taliacollins.co.uk and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

Does your swimwear provide any UV protection?

Yes! Our swimwear has in-built SPF 50+ protection.

What should I do if I need to change or cancel an order?

Due to our next-day delivery service, once you have placed an order, it unfortunately cannot then be cancelled. If it is not personalised, it can however be returned and refunded! Please see our returns page.

How can I care for my swimwear?

We recommend washing your swimwear in cold water with mild soap after use to remove salt and chlorine. Do not wash with fabric softeners, and do not wring, soak or bleach. Allow to dry naturally and flat in the shade. Do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean. Do not leave rolled up wet. Our fabrics are resistant to chlorine and sun oils, however some sun creams may still stain so try and avoid contact if possible!

2. Shipping

Which countries does Talia Collins ship to?

We ship worldwide! Talia Collins wants you to get your swimwear as quickly as possible therefore we use UPS Express with a next day delivery service for most of Europe and the United States. For all UK orders, UPS will ship with a next day delivery service. For more information, see our delivery chart.

Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?

Your package is insured for delivery, however if you are making a return please ensure to get proof of postage. Someone will be required to sign upon delivery of your order to ensure it has arrived, so please make sure you provide a delivery address that is attended during business hours!

Will I have to pay any duties or tax for international shipments?

If you are within the European Union and in the United States you don’t have to worry, there are no extra taxes! For the rest of the world, you may be liable for import customs, duties or taxes that are applicable to your order. These are determined by your local customs authority, so please ensure that you are aware of any customs duties or taxes that are payable to you before ordering from us. These regulations and guidelines differ by country, and are not payable to Talia Collins.

3. Returns

What should I do if I have a problem with my item?

We work hard to ensure that all of our items are of the highest standard and quality. However, if you have a concern with a damaged or faulty item, please do not hesitate to email us at info@taliacollins.co.uk with your concerns and an attached image for any faulty claims.
