1. ORDERING

What size should I order?

If you have any doubts with sizing, we would recommend you check the size guide page. Feel free to contact us at studio@taliacollins.co.uk if you are still unsure, we will try our best to help you find the right fit.

Which payment methods does Talia Collins accept?

We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit and credit cards.

How can I track my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If you have not received this, please email studio@taliacollins.co.uk

When will my order arrive?

We try our best to ensure all shipments are sent out on the same day as your order. If your order is personalised, please allow an additional 5 days for the send out of your shipment . Delivery time will depend on the country you have ordered from, please see our delivery and returns page for more information.

Can I purchase bikini tops and bottoms separately?

Absolutely! Each Talia Collins piece is created and sold individually so that you can choose your own perfect combination or buy individual pieces. Our mix and match page (provide hyper link here on mix and match) allows you to curate your own two piece set.

Do you offer a bespoke orders service for special occasions?

Of course! We will be happy to help with any personalisation queries, bridal parties or a special gift, please email us at studio@taliacollins.co.uk and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Does your swimwear provide any UV protection?

Yes! Some of our pieces have in-built SPF50 protection. If it does, this will be written in the item description.

What should I do if I need to change or cancel an order?

Due to our next-day delivery service, once you have placed an order, it unfortunately cannot then be cancelled. If it is not personalised, it can however be returned and refunded! Please see our returns page for all return specific criteria.

If I can't iron my swimwear, how can I get rid of the creases?

If you accidentally scrunched up your swimsuits to fit them all into your suitcase and you’ve now arrived at your location and they are all wrinkly do not worry! To get minor wrinkles out, hang your garment in the bathroom while you shower. The steam created is usually enough to smooth out your swimwear.

How can I care for my swimwear?

We recommend washing your swimwear in cold water with NO soap after use to remove salt and chlorine. You can also dry clean your swimsuit. Do not wash with fabric softeners, and do not wring, soak or bleach. Allow to dry naturally and flat in the shade, never leave out to dry in sunlight. Do not tumble dry or iron. Do not leave rolled up when wet. Some of our fabrics are resistant to chlorine and sun oils, however some pieces are more fragile and can be damaged by oils and sun lotions. Please read the product description carefully before your purchase.

2. SHIPPING

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! Talia Collins wants you to get your swimwear as quickly as possible, we partner with DHL Express worldwide to ensure next day delivery within Europe and East Coast United States. For more information, see our delivery chart.

Do I need to sign for my order?

For any orders sent with DHL Express, someone will be required to sign upon delivery. Please make sure you provide a delivery address that is attended to during business hours! For UK Royal Mail orders, we recommend giving a business address as our packaging does not fit in all post boxes.
