Bust: While bra-less, measure around the fullest area of your bust & straight around your back.
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hip, again ensuring the tape is straight.
Please note: The Matte & Contouring collection comes up small, please take one size bigger than your usual size due to the fabric's extra compression properties.
The PEAR
BODY SHAPE
You have wider hips or thighs. Your shoulders are narrower than your hips You have a defined waistline.
WHICH STYLES WOULD SUIT ME BEST ?
Draw attention to your top half to balance out with the bottom half. You can be experimental with colour, mix and matching brighter, bolder colours on your top with muted colours on your bottom. Try not to cover up your bottom half too much, because this will draw more attention to the area.
Don’t be afraid of tie-side bottoms which enable you to wear them higher on your hip at the smaller part of your waist. You can also choose how tight to tie your brief and exactly where they sit on your hips avoiding any discomfort at the sides.
You have more of an athletic build with a long and lean body. Your shoulder and hip measurements are similar.
WHICH STYLES WOULD SUIT ME BEST ?
Your athletic body shape means it's best to try enhance your waistline as much as possible. The best necklines for you are strapless, rounded and halter necks. Two pieces work well for you because it enables you to focus on different parts of the body. Horizontal emphasis on your bust and hips will naturally make your waist look more defined.
Your bottom half is smaller than your top half. You have a square shoulder line and narrow hips.
WHICH STYLES WOULD SUIT ME BEST ?
As the opposite to the pear, you want to try draw more attention to your bottom half and minimise the horizontal emphasis at the shoulders. Avoid anything with a square neckline, as this will accentuate broad shoulders. Instead, try rounded necklines for a subtle feminine look.
When choosing your bikini, be bolder with the colours on your bottom half, to balance out with your top half to create a more balanced frame.
You have fairly rounded shoulders and a fuller bust. Your waist isn't extremely defined.
WHICH STYLES WOULD SUIT ME BEST ?
You want to draw attention to your upper body, whilst also feeling comfortable and sucked in. Swimsuits with dramatic necklines will draw the eye upwards, so anything with a V neckline will be great on you.
When it comes to bikinis either aim for higher waisted styles to create a waistline or very low cut styles. When it comes to colours, try and keep to the darker tones which are more slimming.
You have a fuller bust and a defined waistline and your hips are full and rounded.
WHICH STYLES WOULD SUIT ME BEST ?
You want to accentuate your waist and highlight your neckline to enhance your curvaceous feminine shape. Most swimwear styles will flatter your figure. You can easily match back bikini tops with a variety of brief shapes, but the higher the leg the better which will elongate your legs and define your waist.
The fabric and cut are lovely, and the fuchsia pink colour is rich and beautiful. But I just couldn't get past the lack of chest support or coverage (C cup). It'd be much better with a little padding for shape and modesty.
